Attorney Kelley was named to the prestigious homicide list of the Committee for Public Counsel Service after a successful verdict in his first homicide trial in 2011 after only 7 years of practice.

In those 15 years Attorney Kelley has had not guilty verdicts in every criminal case imaginable, Sexual Assault accusation (Commonwealth v. R.J. 2013, Commonwealth v. E.H. 2014), Home Invasion (Commonwealth v. S.J.), Armed Robbery (Commonwealth v. M.R. 2019), Operating Under the Influence (Commonwealth v. D.R. 2017, Commonwealth v. Z.B. 2016,  ) Stalking (Commonwealth v. R.C.) Possession with Intent to Distribute (and most recently the not guilty verdict of a First Degree Murder charge in Suffolk County. (Commonwealth v. J.A.)
